Align + Flow
Where technical precision meets fluid movement.
Love the rhythmic movement of Vinyasa but crave the technical depth of Hatha? This class offers the best of both worlds. We blend grounding Hatha alignment with a dynamic flow, focusing on core stability and mindful transitions. You’ll find dedicated pauses to explore and refine key poses, building a foundation for greater strength and expansion.
- Experience: Yoga experience recommended.
- Note: Not suggested for absolute beginners. Absolute beginners should start with Gentle Flow, Relax and Unwind, Hatha, or Yin.
Feel Good Flow
A consistent, reliable practice to brighten your day.
Step onto the mat for a flow designed specifically to boost your well-being. While our instructors bring their own unique sequencing to keep every class fresh, you can always expect a joyful, invigorating movement session that leaves you feeling lighter.
- Experience: Yoga experience recommended.
- Note: This class is a step up from Gentle Flow. Absolute beginners should start with Gentle Flow, Relax and Unwind, Hatha, or Yin.
Gentle Yoga Flow
A soft, accessible rhythm for everybody.
This class is the perfect entry point for those new to yoga or anyone seeking a slower pace. With easy transitions and a focus on foundational standing poses, forward folds, and low-impact backbends, you will move through a sequence that prioritizes comfort and ease.
- Experience: Beginner-Friendly.
Grateful Flow
Slow down, settle in, and cultivate perspective.
Find comfort in this slow-flow practice where we hold poses longer than a typical Vinyasa class. Weaving foundational yoga philosophy into the movement, we focus on cultivating gratitude and present-moment awareness. Each session concludes with cooling stretches, guided meditation, and breathwork to ensure you leave fully recharged.
- Experience: Yoga experience recommended.
- Note: Transitions are more advanced than Gentle Flow. Absolute beginners should start with Gentle Flow, Relax and Unwind, Hatha, or Yin.
Hatha
The traditional foundation of yoga.
Focus on how the posture feels in your body rather than how it looks. This classic class encourages you to work with your unique alignment and breath, helping you navigate challenges and limitations with mindfulness. It is a steady, intentional practice that builds a strong mind-body connection.
- Experience: Beginner-Friendly.
Hatha Level 2
Deepen your knowledge and push your boundaries
Ready for the next step? This class is designed for students who understand the basics and are ready to dive deeper into alignment and posture. In a supportive environment, we explore more complex poses and refined techniques to help your practice grow.
- Experience: Yoga experience recommended.
- Note: Absolute beginners should start with Gentle Flow, Relax and Unwind, Hatha, or Yin.
Hip Opening Class
Release tension and unlock mobility.
This is an upbeat, targeted session—not a "chill" yin class! We begin with a dynamic lower-body warm-up using resistance bands to build heat, followed by deep, non-weight-bearing stretches. Because we often store stress in our hips, this class is transformative for alleviating back pain and increasing circulation.
- Experience: Yoga experience recommended.
- Note: Absolute beginners should start with Gentle Flow, Relax and Unwind, Hatha, or Yin.
Open Level Flow
A comprehensive and balanced moving meditation.
Build confidence and awareness in this traditional flow. This class includes weight-bearing postures for stability, alongside foundational folds and grounding seated stretches. It is a well-rounded practice designed to stretch the body and clear the mind through a steady, intentional sequence.
- Experience: Yoga experience recommended.
- Note: Absolute beginners should start with Gentle Flow, Relax and Unwind, Hatha, or Yin.
Relax & Unwind
Like a mindful Sunday drive for your body.
Experience movement like "warm molasses." This class is intentionally slow, giving you the time to explore the nooks and crannies of the body through gentle seated and standing poses. We finish with a 10-minute meditation and breathwork practice for a calm and restorative finish.
- Experience: Beginner-Friendly.
Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, breath-linked challenge.
Experience the continuous, fluid movement that defines Vinyasa. Designed for experienced yogis, this invigorating class incorporates Sun Salutations, standing postures, and intermediate inversions. It is a curated sequence built to create heat, build stamina, and challenge your practice.
- Experience: Yoga experience recommended.
- Note: Absolute beginners should start with Gentle Flow, Relax and Unwind, Hatha, or Yin.
Yin
The "massage from the inside out."
Slow down and find space within. In Yin, we hold seated or reclining positions for extended periods using props for support. This allows us to target the deep connective tissues and fascia, releasing long-held tension. It is a "super-chill" therapeutic vibe that helps you stay present and work through internal challenges.
- Experience: Beginner-Friendly.
