Ready to step onto the mat? You can reserve your spot and complete your registration through the Mindbody app or by using the scheduler right here on our website. For those who prefer a more personal touch, walk-ins and cash payments are always warmly welcomed at the studio.

Weekend. Reserve. Respect

Our weekend classes are a special time for our community to gather, and space is often limited. To ensure everyone has a place on the mat, we require pre-registration through Mindbody for all weekend sessions.

Because we often have a waiting list, we kindly ask that you honor your reservation. A $25 no-show fee will be applied to all students, including monthly members, if a weekend booking is missed without prior cancellation.

Arrival. Wait. Stillness

Our doors open 15 minutes before each class begins. To protect the stillness of the practice currently in session, we kindly ask that you wait to enter until the previous class has concluded. Should you arrive after we have started, we invite you to wait until the opening meditation has finished before mindfully joining the space. Please do your best not to arrive late or last minute.

Our weekly schedule is designed to support your routine, but it is subject to modification. Your Yoga Place reserves the right to alter class times, instructors, or offerings as needed. To stay connected with our current schedule, we highly recommend checking the live schedule on our website or the Mindbody app before heading to class. This live view is always up to date and reflects any changes or closures due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Unplug. Preserve. Sanctuary

To honor the silence of our sanctuary, we ask that all electronic devices—including cell phones and smartwatches—be turned off or silenced and tucked away. We invite you to leave the outside world at the door and maintain a phone-free practice space to ensure tranquility for yourself and your fellow students.

Additionally, to help us keep our studio environment pristine and grounded, we welcome only water in sealed, spill-proof containers within the practice area. We ask that all other beverages be enjoyed in our reception area or outside the studio space.

Early. Departure. Honor

To experience the full benefits of your practice and honor the collective energy of the room, we encourage you to stay for the entire session. If you must leave early, please notify the teacher before class begins.

To protect the deep stillness of the final 15 minutes—which serves as the start of our meditation and rest—we ask that you mindfully conclude your own stretches, clean your area, and depart quietly at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled ending time. Once this final phase has started, departures are highly disruptive to those remaining in their peaceful practice of unwinding.

Workshops at our studio are designed to provide deeper immersion in your practice. Because these events require special preparation and a dedicated commitment of time and resources from our teachers, we observe the following mindful policies:

  • Commitment & Cancellation: To honor the space and the preparation involved, all workshops are non-refundable.
  • The 48-Hour Window: If you find you are unable to attend, we are happy to provide a studio credit toward a future workshop, provided you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start time.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for credit.
