Bob Bernard
ERYT 500
I started my yoga journey over 20 years ago when back issues were causing pain and limiting my ability to participate in sports. Through the practice I found immediate healing and discovered an enjoyable challenge for both my body and mind.
About a decade ago I attended my first teacher training to deepen my understanding of the practice. When I began I had no interest in becoming a teacher, but I was deeply touched by the ancient teachings and I felt compelled to share my experience of yoga with those around me.
During class I offer an energetic flow and I share my life’s experiences to encourage students to explore the depths of their body, mind and spirit. Our practice intends to open you up to a greater sense of inner peace and it provides you with the strength to navigate life’s challenges.
