Sink into a relaxed state of mind with the blissful sounds of Patricia’s Tibetan sound bowls, shamanic drum, and gong. Patrica specializes in each session with the option of having sound bowls placed on the body, known as Tibetan bowl massages, to stimulate cell regeneration and blood circulation. The vibrations from the bowls penetrate the body’s tissues, which some say can create a sense of harmony between the mind and body.

Expect sequencing that incorporates nourishing core work, supportive twists, and somatic practices designed to support digestion and inner order.
We'll close with a grounding ritual and guided meditation to help you clear energetic clutter, reset your focus, and root back into your own wise rhythm.

Breath Lab: Unwind and Rewire is a journey into the mechanics and magic of your own breath. Through guided techniques, we will learn to unwind patterns of stress and rewire our responses to life’s demands.
No complex poses, just the simple, profound practice of breathing with intention.

Experience is recommended for this class, beginning with Pranayama breathing and a warm-up. The sequence will encompass 90% of the Ashtanga Primary Series, with additional complementary poses integrated throughout. Seated poses, Standing poses, Balance, Twists, Back bends, Inversions, and Arm balances will be covered. Ujjayi breathing and Bandha locks will be incorporated into the flow. The class will end with the Ashtanga closing sequence, Pranayama, Meditation, and Savasana.

This workshop is one of my favorites to teach! We will use the wall as a prop to assist in opening the body and stabilizing the pose. Throughout the workshop, we will modify, deepen, and explore seated and standing poses, as well as backbends and inversions. Previous yoga experience is required for this workshop.
